a) I need to change something on my order; how do I do that?
- If you have not "checked out", you can click on the cart and delete the item so that you start the order process again. But if you have already paid, just call us or join our chat for prompt help.
b) Where is my order confirmation?
- We normally send confirmation first via email then by calling the customer. If you have not received the email, it could be in the spam/junk folder. Just contact us for clarification.
c) How do I make payment?
-You can make payment via mobile money or your debit/credit card. For full details regarding payment see our Payment Options page.
